According to an article published in Hürriyet on June 9, 2024, actress Merve Dizdar tied the knot with Cihan Ayger. The couple, who have been together for 10 months, got married at Kadıköy Marriage Office on June 2, 2024.

Dizdar was previously married to Gürhan Altundaşar in 2018, and they divorced in 2021. Ayger had also been married to Elif Boyner in 2020, but they divorced shortly after.

It was learned that the couple plans to travel to Japan for their honeymoon.
